Customisation techniques

Our services

Seven complementary techniques, chosen by surface, quantity and the result you want to achieve. We guide you through the choice, with no surprises on the finished product.

UV Printing

High definition
on rigid surfaces

High-definition digital printing on rigid surfaces and unconventional materials. The ink is cured instantly by a UV lamp: the result is sharp, durable and printable even on irregular objects.

Surfaces

  • Plastic and PVC
  • Metal and aluminium
  • Wood and MDF
  • Glass and plexiglass

Ideal for: custom objects, bottles, pens, keyrings, signs and precision details, even in small quantities.

Screen Printing

Solid colours,
large quantities

The traditional printing technique on textiles and flat surfaces. Each colour has its own screen: the larger the run, the lower the unit cost. Its rendering of solid, even colours remains unmatched.

Applications

  • T-shirts and hoodies
  • Bags and shoppers
  • Promotional gadgets
  • Panels and flat surfaces

Ideal for: promotional campaigns, event merchandise and repeat supplies where you need many identical pieces.

DTF Printing

Digital detail,
on any fabric

DTF stands for Direct to Film: the artwork is not printed on the garment but on a film that becomes a transfer, then fixed to the fabric with heat and pressure. High resolution, solid colours and no screens to prepare: the print looks the same on light and dark.

Applications

  • T-shirts and hoodies
  • Cotton, polyester and blends
  • Dark and coloured garments
  • Multi-colour logos and gradients

Ideal for: small runs and single pieces, multi-colour artwork where screen printing would cost too much, fast reorders and garments already in stock.

Embroidery

The detail
that lasts

Customisation of garments and accessories with high-quality embroidery. The logo is digitised stitch by stitch and sewn into the fabric: it won't peel, won't fade and gives the garment a higher perceived value.

Applications

  • Corporate uniforms
  • Sportswear
  • Caps and accessories
  • Patches and badges

Ideal for: corporate and sports uniforms, workwear and premium products where the finish matters as much as the logo.

Sublimation

Vivid colour,
all-over print

Heat transfer printing onto synthetic fabrics and treated rigid surfaces. The ink enters the fibre instead of sitting on top: the garment stays soft and the colour resists washing and wear.

Applications

  • Race kits
  • Technical sportswear
  • Photographic items
  • Mugs and rigid gadgets

Ideal for: sportswear with complex graphics, gradients and per-piece numbering.

LaserArt

Precision engraving
and cutting

Laser engraving and cutting on wood, leather, metal and plastic. No ink: the mark is in the material itself. It allows custom-shaped forms and finishes impossible with printing alone.

Applications

  • Plaques and trophies
  • Signage and signs
  • Leather goods and accessories
  • Wedding favours and gifts

Ideal for: awards, one-off pieces, personalisation with a name and high-end corporate gifts.

Brand

Before the product,
the identity

We develop the client's visual identity: logo design, coordinated graphic material and consultancy for consistent communication. A well-designed brand works on every medium, from a 3 cm embroidery to a shop sign.

What it includes

  • Logo design
  • Restyling of existing marks
  • Coordinated material
  • Print-ready files

Ideal for: new businesses, sports clubs refreshing their crest and companies with outdated or low-resolution logo files.
